About CARO
The Canadian Archaeological Research Organization (CARO) is a not-for-profit group of professional archaeologists interested in national and international archaeological projects to help increase our overall knowledge by studying and exploring historical sites.
CARO is a network and a platform for archaeology experts to share common challenges and goals in this field.
CARO focusses on training archaeology students, and mentoring them vis-à-vis opportunities for them to work closely with professionals and gain experience.
Though CARO is a Canadian-based research organization, it is open for international contributors and participants.
